雅思口语趋势分析和备考指导
本周为新季度口语换题季，一些同学在口语考试的过程中遇到了让人“发懵”的题，这次我们来看一道话题比较新颖的题：
Describe a product or application which is based on artificial intelligence

一些同学遇到这一题，第一个难关就是题目的意思。其实题目中的artificial intelligence就是我们现在常说的AI，即人工智能。这个话题比较新颖，不怎么常见。大家可能遇到的第二个问题就是不知道说什么，有的同学可能会觉得自己根本就不了解这个领域，哪里说得了两分钟的相关话题。其实人工智能的相关产品，已经逐渐进入我们的生活，下面是本题的sample answer，供同学们参考：
Well, speaking of a product based on artificial intelligence, I really want to talk about “Tmall Genie”, a piece of voice terminal equipment developed by Alibaba AI Labs. This black, cylinder-structured device（简单描述外形） was launched in with the functions of playing music,getting takeaways, shopping >（功能介绍）.
Tmall Genie is controlled by voice, so to start it up, >（用到人称的时候尽量避免用you，因为再考场上你面对的是考官）. Once the instruction is given, the system will immediately carry it out. For example, when I’m on the treadmill and meanwhile in need of some music, I will just say “hey, Tmall Genie, play some songs from Nicki Minaj”. Then I can have access to whatever music I want without stopping running. I really find it intriguing and surprising cuz it can actually be an alternative to some simple work done by human being.
This product has now been gradually popularized in people’s daily life. It is even implanted as an advertisement in some variety shows, which has aroused people’s curiosity. The release of Tmall Genie and other similar products really witnesses a big step in this developing industry. with the cutting-edge technology being utilized in real life, our time and energy can be enormously saved. I feel extraordinarily proud of it. I think the researchers and scientists are really worth respect（注意题中要求回答what you think of，这里就需要考生着重强调“I”）. However, the continuous development of AI is under dispute for some potential problems. For instance, AI is very likely to have its own emotions. In spite of this, I still insist on a positive view and wish it has a promising future.
以上为sample answer的全部内容，在准备这一题时，一定会需要大家对自己所描述的产品作一些相对详细的介绍，这就要求大家提前查阅好相关资料以及其中可能会用到的专业词汇的对应翻译。本题需要我们重点回答的是最后一个要求：what you think of it，对人工智能的想法可以是积极方面的，也可以是有争议的方面，但是一定要突出自己的看法，不要选择性地忽视这一要求。
如果同学们留心本季的考题，会发现科技相关的话题逐渐增加，慢慢渗透进了part 2甚至是part 3。这一题的答案经过改变，也可以用在“科技产品”这一题：Describe an important technological product you bought。
