社会再适应评定量表社会再适应评定量表Social Readjustment Rating Scale, SRRS社会再适应评定量表(soeial Readjust-ment Rating scale，sRRs)由霍尔姆斯和瑞赫(H。lmes，T.H.和Rahe，R.H.)于1967年编制并发表的量表，可用来研究生活事件同疾病间的关系。此量表根据对5000多人的病史分析和实验室实验所获得的资料而编制，它的发表标志着生活应激和疾病关系的研究进入了一个有统计学基础的新的研究阶段。sRRs中列出了43种人生过程中较常见的生活事件或变动，既有消极的事件，又有积极的事件，因为它们都可能是充满紧张性的，要求人们适应或调整。量表中也列出了每个事件的“生活变化单位”(L CU)，代表各事件对人影响的程度或要求人重新调整的程度。人生最严重的生活变故莫过于配偶的死亡，故这一事件被列于首位，LCu为100;结婚虽然属积极事件，但它也是紧张性的，LCU为50。SRRS发表后，各国研究者进行了十分J’泛的调查。大多数调查发现，一段时间内累积的LCU分同不健康(疾病和病感)分呈正相关:但人们也发现，这种相关的程度较低，这说明生活事件同疾病间的关系不是直接的，许多中介因素调节着两者间的关系。这些中介因素包括个体对事件的认识评价、处理和应对事件和它所造成的心理应激的能力，所得到的社会支持的质与量，个体的身体素质、潜在的疾病、遗传倾向与性格特点，以及是否有特殊致病物质出现等。目前，考虑到中介因素的研究还不多，我国已有湖南和上海两地研究者分别编制或修正此量表的尝试。(梁宝勇撰徐俊见审)
